1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee.
1.2 In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in order to protect public health but that the meeting would be broadcast live on www.senedd.tv.
2 One day inquiry on International Relations: Diaspora and international
2.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of Welsh Centre for International Affairs; Wales Overseas Agencies Group; and Global Welsh.
2.2 Welsh Centre for International Affairs and Wales Overseas Agencies Group agreed to provide further information on issues raised regarding the Welsh Government’s international strategy.
3 One day inquiry on International Relations: Europe and international
3.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of British Council; Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University; WCVA; and Welsh Higher Education Brussels.
4 One day inquiry on International Relations: Sports, culture and arts (international)
4.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of Football Association Wales; Wales Arts International; and Urdd Gobaith Cymru.
